This is easily the best thing since sliced bread for securely carrying a pretty good assortment of tying hooks.  The only place I have found them is at Jo-Ann Fabrics, a large Fabric and Craft chain store, in the Jewelry and Bead department.  Add a few dozen labels and you are good to go for about  50 sizes, all in tightly locking, individual containers of various sizes.
