One of the classic Soft Hackle flies made popular by Sylvester Nemes.  I think soft hackles are making a resurgence in current fly fishing - a great way to slow down and relax with a bamboo rod and just swing through the riffles.  Also tied in Pearsall's Green or Yellow silk,  feel free to experiment with other body colors.  Resembling many types of emerging insects,  soft hackles offer the opportunity to fish high or low in the water column, dead drifted or with motion and almost always reward you with those invigorating "Tugs" that rival the take of a dry fly.
